Commercial Viewer Licensing Request Form

  • Linden Lab approves Commercial Viewer License Requests carefully and sparingly. The costs and conditions of each license are determined on a case-by-case basis. We consider both large and small scale projects.
  • We recommend that potential licensees prototype their project using the open source code under the freely available GNU GPL license with FLOSS exception before applying for a Commercial Viewer License.
  • To apply for a Commercial License to the Second Life Viewer source code, please fill out and submit the form below. The information you provide will help us determine what, if any, licensing arrangement might be appropriate for you and for Linden Lab, so please be as detailed as possible.
